　据澳大利亚《澳洲日报》报道，墨尔本东区外城区兼职做铺瓦工的留学生时薪竟低至时薪3.34元。其中一个学生称，因为生活窘迫，他只能靠吃方便面为生。

　　来自韩国的的司科特•李(Scott Lee)和来自中国的杰克•杨(Jackie Yang)称他们在D&K Tiling的雇主达伦•斯蓬舍(Darren Spencer)手下做铺瓦工。在工作的四个月期间，被拖欠工资已经达到23，334元。这两名学生都是持有572类学生签证，李参与了霍姆斯格兰政府理工学院(Holmesglen TAFE)的工作经验积累计划(work experience program)，去年9月份时，他与斯蓬索签了合同。

　　李今年35岁，他在韩国已有妻子和一对双胞胎。他表示斯蓬舍并未虐待他们，但是却经常克扣他们的工资。“他的言辞和善，也不会冲我们发火，更没有虐待我们。但是他却经常找理由克扣工资。”32岁的杨也已结婚。他表示由于拿不到工资他不得不靠方便面生活。

　　据悉，李原先是个银行职员，杨以前也是麦当劳的经理，他们来到澳洲是想开辟新的事业。但是李在工作了573个小时后，拿到2700元工资，即每小时4.71元。而杨工作450个小时却只挣了1500元，即每小时仅3.34元。李称他认识的其他留学生的境遇也差不多。他们表示从来没有收到工资单。去年1月份他们离开时，因为有工资欠款，还不得不多次电话斯蓬舍索要工资。他们订合同时日薪是100元。

　　Maurice Blackburn律师事务所的伊丽莎白•奥绪尔(Elizabeth O'Shea)称海外留学生总是“做好了被盘剥的打算”，并称诸如霍姆斯格兰政府理工学院这样的机构在让学生去积攒工作经验时，也应多多关心下他们的工作情况。她透露说，他们目前正在索回被斯蓬索和他的公司故意克扣的工资。并且，如果斯蓬舍和他的公司有违反《公平工作法》(Fair Work Act)之处，将被处以重金罚款。斯蓬索承认自己拖欠了留学生的工资，但却否认有23,000元那么多，但坚称最多只有三四千，他称两位留学生所做的很多工作都必须返工。

　　奥绪尔称学生的工资不应低于180元每天。如果是周末或者加班的话，这个日薪还应更高。据悉，斯蓬索称日薪100元是两位留学生自己提出的，但两位留学生却表示是斯蓬索提出的。

a local TAFE trainee got 55K per year.
my oz friend's Boyfriend is doing this. I am pretty sure is this number.
Also she got a job in AMMI insurance as a service officer (fresh graduate, no experience). 52K (incl super)
they will get marry soon.
some of the oz company just want use cheap labour from Asia and the government immigration policy just suck.
this is the situation: you want the visa, then you need a job. employer know it, so they give you the job but give you very low pay. want should you do?!

i doubt entry level jobs get 52k per annum

last job i had paid me 35k per annum and it is a company listed in the australia stock exchange

我是认真的
因为她和我原来在一个国际连锁的CAFE做。那个CAFE给的工资是FULL TIME 38K（是不是比你这个35K还要高。。）
她走就是因为她觉得要结婚了不能再在CAFE做下去了
于是就去找专业工。
我看到过合同和入职需要的所有材料。52K包括SUPER。
你看老外的论坛。毕业生就业。公司PAY48K。人家称为NOT A GOOD PAY。我还认识两在MQ做的GRADUATE会计跳槽到国企去了
因为MQ给的工资“很低”46K+SUPER。囧囧有神，不过人都是LOCAL。就这样了。

In the past 20 years a very different story has emerged.
The ANU report says the pay of the top 100 CEO's has risen twice as fast as the wage packets of the rest of us.

The income share of the top one per cent has basically doubled since 1980 and then if you go further up the distribution, you look at a super-duper rich group, the top 0.1 per cent, the richest one one thousandth of Australians; they're income share has tripled over the last generation.
So Australian's have gotten richer on average, but the super rich are accelerating away from the rest of us.

A  general sense, if you have an income over $200,000 that puts you in the top 1 per cent, if you have an annual individual income over $700,000 a year, that puts you in the top 0.1 per cent. So I guess they're the richest sort of 15,000 or so people in Australia.

我相信还是有的，要看工作和公司情况吧
完全没有别的意思，不过我第一年的工资是56k base……
