Ingredients:
cake base:
200g dark cooking chocolate
1tbs instant coffee granules
2tsp vanilla extract
215g(1cup) caster suger
150g(1cup) self-raising flour
75g(1/2cup) plain flour
30g(1/4cup) cocoa power
3 eggs,lightly whisked
80ml(1/3cup) buttermilk
chocolate ganache:
200g dark cooking chocolate
60ml(1/4cup) thickened cream
1. preheat oven to 160*. Brush a round 22cm cake pan with melted butter to lightly grease.Line the base and sides with baking paper.
2.Butter+chocolate+coffee+vanilla, water base heat
3.Add in sugar, flour, cocoa powder, eggs and butter milk.Well combined.
4.Pour the mixture into the pan. Bake for 1H15min
5.Make the ganache, heat chocolate&cream, water base heat. |
