南区公司招聘一名Senior Property Manager, 主要负责：
Manage a portfolio of properties, including liaising with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
Provide outstanding service to the stakeholders
Oversee the marketing and leasing of vacant properties to secure new tenants
Prepare and execute lease agreements, tenancy inspections, and property condition reports
Handling arrears, repairs & maintenance with ease
Drive market development—identify new business opportunities and expand our local client base
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and company policies
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the property management team


需3年以上工作经验，中英文熟练，有valid QLD Real Estate Certificate or License和驾照；
会熟练使用PropertyMe软件；对PM市场熟悉且有自己的见解；

非常了解各项法律法规和流程，且有很强的解决问题的能力。
