现在的屋顶因为长度比要求的短了一些，所以下大雨的时候一侧有漏
我家是平顶，据说是需要一块铁皮，面积大约130平方米左右，附近多雨，树木多，现在拿到了两个报价，想请教坛子里的朋友帮忙指点一下，哪个好
报价1: 2.9万
Remove and dispose of all existing roof sheets, fixing and associated flashings from the roof
o To be disposed of appropriately at the completion of job
Supply and install .55 Box Gutter flashings to suit existing box gutter size o Attach Box Gutter Drainage Sumps and Overflow nozzles as required
Supply and install 55mm Roofing Insulation Blanket over roof battens, ensuring entire roof area is covered correctly
o Roofing insulation is a non-combustible Glasswool Insulation on a Foil backing
Supply and install roofing clips, fixed to roofing battens/purlins using 40mm hex head batten screws
Supply and install .42 metal roof sheets(colorbond or durakote), profile best suited to existing roof pitch, fixed to roofing clips as required
Supply and install .55 Apron flashings, fixed to roof using 25mm Class 5 hex head roof screws
Supply and install .55 Paraphet/Barge caps to perimeter of roof, fixed to roofing battens and wall frame using 25mm Class 5 hex head roofing screws

Supply and installation of .48 [heavy gauge] Colorbond Klip Lok 700 roofing.
Supply and installation of 60mm Anticon Insulation under sheets.
Supply and installation of new Box gutter, Apron flashings.
Supply and installation of new Parapet cappings around perimeter of roof.
Supply and installation of increasing baton sizes to increase pitch of existing roof.
All tradesmen fully insured. Bluescope warranty on materials
Includes semi trailer delivery of over size sheets.
感觉两份报价主要差别在于铁皮和隔热棉的厚度？报价1是.42 铁皮，报价2是.48的，隔热棉一个是55毫米一个是60毫米
请问铁皮和隔热棉材质是不是越厚越好？
有什么需要注意的事项吗？
