父母接种了安徽智飞疫苗，要出国探亲的话怎么办

如题，父母在国内已接种了三针安徽智飞疫苗，最近打算来悉尼探亲。但疫苗不是国际认可的那种。现不知怎么办。

订票时向航司说明然后申请/等待确认隔离配额票

我父母还没过来，不是很想走隔离这条路

可以考虑去别的省再打两针科兴吧。

我们入境的口岸是 悉尼，目前看到的新州消息是 需要隔离7天。但是2月21号移民局网站的原文是:

You are only allowed to travel to Australia if you hold a visa and are fully vaccinated for the purposes of international travel. From 21 February 2021, you do not need to have your relationship with your adult Australian child confirmed by us before travel.  You are able to access the automatic travel exemption category available to all fully vaccinated travellers who hold a valid visa for Australia.

More information on what you need to do before travel can be found at fully vaccinated travellers and preparing to travel to Australia.

If you do not meet the requirements for being considered fully vaccinated for the purposes of international travel, you must apply for a travel exemption and meet one of the limited criteria available for an individual travel exemption. Select Apply for travel exemption at the bottom of this page to apply for a travel exemption and select the category ‘Compelling or Compassionate’. You must provide information and documents to support your request.

Unless you meet requirements for an automatic travel exemption as a fully vaccinated visa holder, you can only be approved an individual travel exemption if you meet limited travel exemption criteria.  A travel exemption request will not be approved solely on the basis that you are not able to meet the Australian Government’s definition of fully vaccinated for international travel purposes.

到底是可以入境但需要隔离7天呢？ 还是在没有travel exemption的情况下无法入境？

如果不是pr，完全接种者不需要是谁的什么人只要有签证就能入境；未完全接种者仍需申请豁免，但豁免上有一句话（如果没有变的话）就是豁免只在完全接种情况下才有效

如果是pr，未完全接种理论上需要走入境cap并酒店隔离

同问，我父母是pr，但打的是深圳康泰，也不给混打其他疫苗（什么狗政策）。现在老人家很发愁，而且看到好多人同一情况有pr国内的那几个航空公司都不给登机（这又是什么霸道政策）。现在很尴尬，而且是不是国内那几个航空公司都没有隔离机票？感觉无解啊

这个是说直系亲属即使不满足完全接种要求也可以进入澳洲吗？只需要have your relationship confirmed ？

有人具体操作过吗？

是的，（澳洲体系下的）PR/公民直系可以不受疫苗限制，只要提交关系证明

又仔细看了一下成年人的父母确实不属于直系亲属，只能申请travel exemption

可以用護照以轉機的理由進入香港，然後申請逗留延期一個月並在香港打疫苗（免費的）。

没有来不了啊，疫苗不符合要求的话有豁免或者属于澳洲法律体系下的直系就可以来
