请问有童鞋海运丢失过的申请赔偿经验吗?
我的这个折腾的7月24等上船,9月24上了,10月底发船,上周终于到悉尼,到悉尼第二天就开始派送,然后就没有消息,联系aupost给了正式报告:
we’ve made enquiries through our Alexandria Parcel Delivery Centre who completed the delivery for this article and completed internal checks in an effort to locate this missing parcel. We can see that the item went out with our driver, but went missing in our care. Our efforts to locate this parcel have been unsuccessful and all possible avenues for our investigation have now been exhausted. Therefore, we deem this article lost in transit. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this matter has caused yourself and the sender.
We’re unable to replace the goods that were sent to you and would recommend speaking to the sender for this to be resent to you. In the meantime they are able to contact China Post for applicable compensation in line with the service they used at the time of postage. As the sender has paid Australia Post for a service that was not carried out correctly, they would be the party that we'll consider compensation for. I trust they will provide further assistance and options for available recourse however please ask the receiver to contact us if the sender isn't assisting.
