Our company is a well-established wholesaler and catering supplier based in Clayton and we’re currently looking for an account.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Preparation of month-end results and accounting accruals
• Preparation of journals to the Company’s general ledger
• Preparation of monthly Business Activity Statement and quarterly Instalment Activity Statement
• Balance sheet reconciliations and adjustments
• Accurately allocating payments against open invoices on customer accounts
• Assisting with the overflow of timely entry of supplier invoices, reimbursements and other related tasks
• Payroll tasks
About you:
• Candidates with 1+ year’s experience are preferable
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent attention to details
• willing-to-learn attitude is a must
