Below are the works included in the quote to entirely restore your roof, as the tiles are concrete they will need to be resealed and membraned if they are cleaned.
Concrete tiles will become more porous if they are only pressure cleaned.
- Replace all broken tiles (repair broken corners)
- Pressure clean roof
- Treat roof with Dulux Prep Treat
- Seal roof with a Solvent Based Sealer
- Apply 2 coats of Dulux Roof Membrane
- Repoint all ridge capping and Gables with Sellys Point Works
- Remove all rubbish from site

We can also repoint all of the ridge capping after we seal and membrane the roof. Doing this means that the roof will not look like it has been painted as much as if we did it prior to sealing and applying membrane.
Just like on a new roof this will mean the pointing will be a slightly different colour and texture.
This has zero affect on the warranties and does not affect the price which ever option you choose.
