immiaccount 申请了签证，但如何和移民局沟通咨询呢？

本人实例：本想帮父母申请3年12个月的签证，可到手的是1年12个月。郁闷中。。。就想和移民局沟通下这个问题，可是现在全部网申，找不到人呀。。。。。。

以前有足迹网友经验说是给这个地址发邮件（immigration.shanghai@dfat.gov.au），应该是18年上半年还好用。可以我今天发了，完完全全行不通。。。
