请教 application letter 里 address selection criteria 的问题

求教高手，最近打算申请一个职位。申请要求准备一份application letter, 并在这份letter里面You must address each selection criteria as detailed in the position description。

我应该如何address selection criteria？要以目前工作为例子，来后说如此证明我有这方面能力还是怎么说？
例如一下几个criteria，其实目前的工作基本上都可以说涉及到一下方面，但要如何表达比较好？ 有经验的TZ帮忙解释一下？？ 拜谢了！！

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
•
Proven organisational skills, initiative and attention to detail;
•
Ability to prioritise workload and establish new procedures as required;
•
Demonstrated analytical skills;
•
Proven ability to manage complex tasks within tight deadlines;

Competent keyboard skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages such as Word and Excel;

回答这类问题 有一个STAR的MODEL.
S: SITUATION 就是描述一下事情发生的环境, 情况是怎么样的
T: TASK 描述一下你做了什么
A: ACTION 你是怎样做的
R:RESULT 最后结果怎么样.
每个问题都要按这个MODEL 举例子, 你如果有工作经验就举工作的例子, 没有的话就举生活中的,或者参加COMMUNITY 活动的例子 , 都可以. 你的这些问题都还算比较简单的,  good luck!!

在网上搜了堆资料也是这么说的，我的疑惑点是，这是否意味着，就是举个工作中的实例来证明具有所要求的skill。还有这个实例是否要非常具体，还是general的例子。
比如 prioritize workload，这是我每天必做的事情，每天任务一堆，还大部分都是紧急，那就要求我prioritize workload。那我应该说我目前的工作就天天做这个，还是举某一天工作的例子？

１，要长
２，要突出自己是绝对适合这个职位的人
３，要有较好的语法
４，要有例子
５，要尽量突出public sector的服务性质和特点
６，要背下来

我都是先大概说一下自己工作中每天都用到这种技能, 然后开始举具体的例子.

去买本书吧，selection criteria 挺麻烦，不同的用词，回答的方式都不同

尽可能把你的过去工作经历联系到这些Selection Criteria，同时也根据不同的职位。比如第一条，我是这样写的

As a Regional Commercial Analyst, I have interacted well with Regional Financial Controller,
Divisional Vice President, Regional SBU managers and contributed to formulate the 5-year
strategic plan for the Asia Pacific region in 2006. I have also successfully developed KPIs and
tracking process for operations in Asean countries, Australia, New Zealand and India by
working together with country manager and financial managers. My performance has been
recognized by senior management group.

As a Finance Manager on behalf of xxx, I have maintained good relationship with Bank, tax
offices, SAFE and other relevant governmental bodies. One achivement was made in 2004 in
which we successfully negotiated a lower interest rate from Construction Bank of China
(CBC) and gradually switched loan from HSBC to CBC.

其实有很多方法来的，因你的职位而异，以下是关于Communication/Interpersonal skills， 祝你好运！

My high quality oral communication skills have been demonstrated by:
1. Consulting widely with members in my role as union delegate by speaking at union meetings, representing member’s views at Consultative Meetings and briefing working parties on current issues.
2. Chairing section meetings; and presenting staff issues to management

My high quality written communication skills have been demo by:
1. Preparing research summaries and analysis
2. Drafting sections of research report
3. Drafting letters in response to general public inquiries
4. My written work receives little amendment by superiors.

My high quality interpersonal skills have been demonstrated by:
