请教netflix 如何通过itunes用itunes卡付款

我知道这很小白问题：
我看NETFLIX 说：可以用iTunes 卡付款，如果一开始是用苹果手机注册的netflix， through an itunes account。
You can use an iTunes gift card to pay for Netflix if you first sign up for Netflix through an iTunes account on an Apple TV, iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. You can either start your Netflix subscription on an Apple device with an iTunes gift card or add it to an existing iTunes billing account.

但是我进去itunes store，却找不到如何通过它去注册netflix账号。

我知道足迹很多人用用iTunes卡付费的， 请不吝赐教 非常感谢

苹果手机上装个netflix的app，运行然后join for free。

注册时候要选择付款方式， 只有信用卡 paypal 和gift code 三种选择。 没有itunes card payment选择啊。

我以前就是这样注册的，等我回家换一个手机看看，现在这个已经登陆了没有试用的界面。

How can I join or rejoin Netflix through iTunes?
To sign up for Netflix with iTunes billing, download the Netflix app on your Apple TV or iOS device, select Join Free for a Month and follow the prompts to set up your account.

To rejoin Netflix with iTunes billing, open or download the Netflix app on your Apple TV or iOS device.

If you have had service with Netflix within the last ten months, select Sign in. Then select Restart Your Membership and follow the prompts to confirm your plan type and email address. Finish by selecting Subscribe with iTunes.
If you have not had service with Netflix within the last ten months, select Join Free for a Month and follow the prompts to restart your membership.

奇怪 在哪里有这个选项呢， 我只有三种payment选项， 然后填完就没了。 没有任何地方提到itunes
你是在payment的选项里有itunes billing吗？
