Building Caretaker
Location Melbourne Richmond and CBD $54,000 plus super
A replacement caretaker is required. Daily cleaning, weekly major cleans (vacuuming), gardening ( raking leaves ), light globe replacement etc. Daily requirements are on-site contractor management. Site requirements are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm with 1.5 hour break.
Experience / Understanding: You will need to have good communication and a good command of English and be able to read and write emails, follow instructions. You must have experience in managing or caretaking buildings, please include this information.to us.
Tasks: Daily site cleaning, weekly vacuum, glass cleaning, day to day management, occupant complaint resolution, contractor management, maintenance and cleaning plus other caretaker duties.
Other Information: Start day - immediate start. ABN applicants welcome to apply. Parking is generally always available . You will need to use a smart phone and software to manage and track work orders.
