最近上六年级的儿子接到学校邀请去参加STEM Horizons for High Achievers program。邀请信上说：Select organisations, including Griffith University and the University of Queensland, have collaborated to develop an intensive and varied STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) program to engage the minds of year 6, 7 and 9 students. During the 4 days of STEM experiences in a semester, students will extend their learning in specialist facilities working alongside scientists and post-graduate students.
