今天早晨出门发现停在门口的车子前后都没了牌子，被偷。
报警后拿到了一个处理号，然后明天用这个号去vicroads买新牌。
有几个问题想请教下大家：
1.我看vicroads说即使我换了新牌，被偷的原车牌的各种违法和罚款也会跟我有关。请问这是真的吗？我到时候怎么办？
“Customers requesting replacements for stolen custom plates are advised that as long as the plates remain listed as stolen, they may:
* be subject to Police enquiries about the use of plates that are reported as stolen, and
* may receive legal processes arising from parking and other traffic infringements involving the unlawful use of the original plates.”
2.我的车是凯美瑞，车牌的螺丝什么的也被偷走了。我明天拿到新牌后，需要去哪里买螺丝呢？我看维州警察网页那里推荐“只能拧上不能拧下”的螺丝。
