strata说我的租客用了外面买的电子遥控器, 好像还说我租客把控制系统的code抹去了?英文不太好,原文如下:
we have had the main garage door inspected, because it was not working.
the garage door company has reported that the problem was. Someone tried to program in their own remote control and they wiped all the receiver codes for one of the gate controllers. there are two recivers for the gate that work with different remotes. so the ELSMA type remotes still work, but the other type does not.
This has all happened because someone has decided to buy a cheap remote control and program it to the gate themselves. This is why when a remote is obtained from our office our from the gate company you have to pay more than just the price of a cheap remote. Because they need to be coded correctly.

3.如果 strata强行把费用加入我的levie,会有什么后果?
4.我可以向什么部门投诉?我想写一句如果他们不给我看证据就把费用加入levies,我就要投诉。
