A unique and exciting opportunity exists for an experienced ticketing professional to establish and lead the new in-house ticketing services and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Unit at the Arts Centre.

The Ticketing and CRM Unit is responsible for offering a responsive and high quality service to all its external and internal customers, along with developing and delivering a sophisticated customer relationship management strategy to grow patronage and maximise revenue. The Head of Ticketing Services and CRM position has direct responsibility for delivering on the objectives of the unit, alongside responsibility for implementing effective planning strategies to ensure that service standards are maintained and the service develops year on year.

To be successful, you will have a high level understanding of national and international ticketing services and CRM development, practices and standards. You will have strong leadership skills for implementing change within an existing and growing business environment. Extensive experience in a strategic senior management role in a ticketing services and CRM environment is essential. A thorough knowledge of computerised box office information and ticketing systems, ideally Tessitura, will be highly regarded.

It attracts more than 2.7m visitors each year. Situated in the heart of Melbourne's cultural precinct, the Arts Centre collaborates with artists, presenters and performing arts organisations to create, facilitate, promote and present world-class programs to appeal to a broad and diverse audience.

An exciting opportunity exists for a self-motivated Application Support Administrator with first-rate organisational, communication and customer service skills to provide quality technical support services to systems owners and end users.

The position will provide support to the business unit application administrator, advising in matters of configuration and system integration as well as providing backup end user support to the business unit application administrator. The successful candidate will administer the various environments (development, test, training and production), ensuring optimal system configuration and functionality where appropriate. Where no business unit application administrator exists in the business, the application support administrator will fulfil daily administration duties also.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of self motivation, actively maintaining an in depth technical and working knowledge of the applications they are responsible for. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must with an ability to understand and communicate abstract concepts and ideas. The candidate will also demonstrate previous experience with administration of multiple applications.

问一下，这些Application主要用什么技术？.Net？ Java？ or something else、

职位本身好象没有技术方面的要求
可能是应用/ 管理/沟通方面的 ?

这些application都是从第三方买来的现成软件，维护主要就针对内部用户，比如upgrade，建立新用户什么的，非常简单。

软件如果有问题，都可以打电话找第三方解决。

一点没错，现在的application support每天真正干活的时间不超过2小时
