不只是机缘巧合还是其实世界就是辣么小,第二团最终也是敲定在这家LENNOCK NISSAN, 忘记说是ACT的。正好,从我由一团退出,到参加二团,才短短3天,而这次我要的车从一团了解到刚好有货,价格还给力,心中无比的喜悦油然而生。
SALES 当时电话给恭喜哈喇了一番之后说能保证三月中可以给到我车,并问我要了信用卡去: SECURE THE CAR。为了显示我的诚意,当然非常乐意把卡号给之并告知准备合同给我加上提车的日期,我签了之后再允许他扣钱。sales拿了我的卡,然后……就没有然后了。合同迟迟没有发来,扣钱倒是没有忘记,擅自划了两千刀。当然,RECEIPT 也是没有给的。当时我在国内,第二天才回墨尔本,遂决定回到墨尔本才催sales合同的事情。
回到墨尔本之后第一件事便是跟进这个车的事情,跟DEALER再三确认我最迟要三月底拿车,SALES还是继续忽悠说没有问题。当然我从一团知道他们有两台车到,所以在这一次买就没有选择我喜欢的颜色而是他们有的颜色。当问到一个确切合同的时候SALES也是迟迟不发过来,以不知道我公司信息为由让我发给他。在我发给他的第五天,他终于发给我一份他认为是“正式"的合同,上面上还是写的我个人的名字,DELIVERY DATE仍然写这31/05/2016。仿佛过了这么久我一直在对牛弹琴似的。当然,合同里面也没有说那擅自划我的两千刀定金,而且也还没有给我RECEIPT。到这个时候我心里已经有点不爽了,当我发现团里别的团友也有类似情况之后,我通过团长跟DEALER的沟通得到他们会尽快落实所有事情,安排DELIVERY DATE和方式,他们打算统一送到一个路局,然后我们领车,上牌,各回各家。得知这样的消息,我们难以掩盖内心的激动,当然一直在群里面商讨应该怎么感谢团长,合照,以及聚餐,聚会等等,一直到深夜。
第二天,怀着无比高兴的心情,我们都在等待最后的UPDATE, 到了中午,没有信息,到了下午,还没有信息,到了傍晚,团长说跟GM通话完,即将UPDATE。结果……一个让人大跌眼镜的结果出现了……
在DEALER已经答应我们的条件,并且收取了定金近一周之后,DEALER给我们的答复是团里有差不多10个人,有两单可以做,其他的做不到,或者没货,另外的几人的价格他们还没确定。其中包括我的车,DEALER声称他们有一台车可能会3月中到,但是有可能会晚一点,大概四月份,应该是赶不上我要的日期,让我考虑一下还要不要。从一个德州扑克玩家来的角度来说:DEALER这里应该是要赌我退出。我考虑了一下,决定还是继续等,但是既然定金收了,合同也要一个正式的并写好这个到货日期。我估计SALES可能没有想到我还是会继续等,以至于后来的电话他都不肯确定在四月的时候一定可以到,或者说一个确切的日期,开始跟我瞎扯说什么我要用车的话还是找别的店,然后说他们只跟团长沟通,甚至让我打给他的GM询问情况并把他GM电话给我。
当然情况是要问的,我转了询问GM,打了几个电话,留了我的信息和电话和跟sales沟通的内容。然后就没有然后了。GM估计每天要开几千个会议,不会重视像我这等刁民,电话不屑于回。当然,邮件也是没有回的,sales也没理会我了。由此我不由得想到了楼下一位兄弟的名字:总有刁民要害朕。
再后来,我决定退车了,并且把以下信件写到了NISSAN总部和FACEBOOK 主页。
The bad experience that I have received from Lennock Nissan, to be simplified, is:
1. We are a group of people from VIC/NSW. The reason for us to joint as a group-buy for our next car is that we want to do a win-win business to those who will look after us on price. Lennock Nissan, somehow confirm that they are able to accept our entire request, especially mention my case, as I will need the car in mid to late March. In addition, they asked us for credit card as to “secure the car”.
2. Few days later, WITHOUT BEING PERMITTED TO PROCESS MY DEPOSIT, not to mention WITHOUT A PROPER CONTRACT for each of us with written VIN number, Delivery Date and such, I personally found my credit has be debited $2,000 from Lennock Nissan.
3. I then asked for a proper contract with my business name and est. delivery date, Sales Marty start marked around with stock and could not confirm the delivery date as per their previous confirmation. Even up to today, I still be marked around with the stock and delivery date. Marty suggested me to call the GM of Lennock for this matter, I called a few times but with no luck and NO CALL BACK. Eventually I was suggested to contact Yan who started the group buy initially on this. It has been over 10 days since my price got approved and my deposited has been taken, BUT I STILL HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT WHEN CAN I GET MY CAR OR A PROPER CONTRACT THAT WITH ALL INITIAL AGREEMENTS.
4. I was inform by a local in Canberra that Lennock has one brand new PATROL Y62 TI-L in stock and followed by another one coming to their yard that will suit my order. Even they have debited $2,000 as a “Deposit” to secure the car, It does not look like I can get either of this two.
Nissan is such a well-recognised global brand, it is sad to see the unprofessional and bad services of misleading customers that could possibly ruin the reputation. I believe this will be or might already been a reason to stop some of us from walking to the dealers again. As a buyer and a businessperson, the most important thing to me is to buy what I am looking for with spending less of my time. If they cannot make a deal on this, they should not have say yes, not to mention to take someone’s deposit without a written contract or permit! Only if this is a part of Nissan’s way doing business but I believe it was not!
