我这种情况入籍需要做国内的无犯罪公证吗？

PR以后，我回国超过了3个月，但是PR后一共在澳洲境外呆了才4个多月。

Penal clearance certificates from overseas countries are
required if:
• you lived or travelled outside Australia since the age of
18 years or over, and
• you held a permanent Australian visa at that time, and
• the total time spent outside Australia added up to
12 months or more, and （移民局写的离境超过12个月and一个国家超过3个月,感觉我没有离境超过12个月会不会不用呢？谢谢）
• the time spent in any one country was more than 90 days,
or
• requested by the department

You mentioned you 回国超过了3个月, then  you need the Chinese police clearance as it is more than 90 days spent in any single country
