起因是错误扣费,两个月问题没有解决。我在她们网站留言,惊动ceo了。结果半天解决。
现在纠结孩子要不要换cc,因为这里接送方便,而且孩子也有自己的朋友了,不希望孩子去适应新的环境。
但是有担心她们对待孩子的态度和做法改变,所以纠结。
请问在cc工作的姐妹们,director如果怀恨在心,会不会对我孩子有什么不好的,
而且老师们都hold在director下,director对我孩子的态度会不会影响到老师们对我孩子的态度?
事情的经过是这样的。
我孩子上cc被多扣了钱,按照Centralink的指示找director沟通了多次两个月没有解决,昨天她说我已经把那个钱花光了,我找她要了statement,发现她说的不对。
今天早上找她要进一步的信息(Centrelik找我要的,因为Centrelink说他们的resubmission没有到Centrelink的系统里面。需要知道resubmission的具体日期)
她并不听我说,也不给我那个时间,只顾忙着自己的早餐。还对我说话很大声。而且还给过我三次完全相反的信息。都是口头的。
我被惹火了,到他们机构网站留言抱怨了。结果今天问题就解决了。(她对area manager说她当时在准备水果,我对她shouting, 我直接和area manager说,是她对我shouting,我因此非常angry 和cross而且觉得frustrating,因为这不应该是我应该收到的对待。而且告诉area manager,她当时拿的不是水果,她当时拿的是bread loaf,breakfast 8点结束,morning tea菜单中并没有bread。而且她当时说她在工作,我直接就问她statement是否不是她的工作。)
另外的信息,另外一个华人妈妈和我说这个director很arrogant,她和这个director 打招呼,对方只顾忙自己的事情,回答那位华人妈妈的时候眼睛都不看她的。我还傻乎乎地安慰那位华人妈妈放宽心呢。
还有一位全职工作的华人妈妈也曾经说过这个director比较傲慢,现在那个小朋友已经离开这个cc,给cc的理由是搬家了。
我在网站留言是这样的:
Your director really frustrated me.
I was deducted full rate which is not correct for one week, called centrllink twice, Centrelink asked me when the childcare resubmitted the info, because your director told me she resubmitted four times.
I came to the director to ask when but she refused to provide it, just told me when I came to her, she resubmitted it, but the fact is, when I asked her to resubmit, she told me she must email your headquarter to have the info. resubmitted.
she said today she would call Centrllink (she told me she was not supposed to call Centrllink about this several weeks ago.). When I explained why I needed the dates when she resubmitted the info, She refused and turned back to me. "I will call Centrelink, that's it!"
Yesterday, she told me I already used the money because there were three weeks she did not bring credit from my account. Actually, according to the statement she gave me, what she said is not correct. That's why I came back her to ask the info. Centrelink required.

Good Afternoon
I’ve spoken with Centrelink and my support office and JET was applied to your account the week of 6th-12th July, this resulted in confliction when myself and my support office continued to re-submit attendances.
I had my Support Office take JET off that week as you were not eligible for it and then re-submit the attendances for me , this has finally gone through and you can see that you have a $529.80 credit on your account.
I am deeply sorry for any confusion on my end
I finish at 3pm today due to opening the service but I look forward to seeing you Monday Moring

我对这个邮件回复是这样的,邮件也抄送给处理这个问题的area manager了,没有给ceo(给予她给的信息可能造成的误解,或者说不希望把错误发生的原因归结到我 有没有给JET终止日期上面,因为她发现她谎话连篇,觉得这个可能性不是没有。)

Yes, I am not eligible for JET because I am eligible for CCB and CCR for week 6th-12th July.
Sorry, still confused about the fee on 12nd July here:
The ccb rate is 100%, but the entitled CCB is 0$, and CCR 140.25$ (Is this the cap for weekly CCR?),
as I was told the data in the statement of CCB and CCR come from Centrelink, perhaps I need to call them again. , I hate this cz I will be kept waiting and waiting on the call.)
About the JET termination date, which is 5th July, I provided it twice:
The hard copy document of JET assistance from Centrelink, the ending date is shown on it.
During the conversation on 12nd July about the full charged rate, when I asked you to resubmit that period and suggested you calling Centrelink,
I explained the reason as the Centrelink guy told me, because JET ended on 5th July and there is a delay in Centrellink's database, so when the first time you submitted the info., wrong results came out.

PS:
本来不想这么搞,但是这个director对华人确实傲慢。
其实我很希望她以后对华人妈妈不要那么arrogant。(另外两位华人妈妈和我说过她来后,她们的感觉。其中以为华人孩子离开了,给的理由是搬家了。)
就是有点怕,如果就这么算了,她以后还会对华人父母这样。
