明天是来澳后第一次中介面试，今天同一中介公司的两个人都打电话都问了我关于reconciliation的问题，接完电话又看了一下广告才知道其中一项职责是balance sheet reconciliation, 明天肯定要问我这个问题了。可我只知道bank reconciliation, 什么是 balance sheet reconciliation? 怎么做？用会计软件做还是手工对账？

Help!!!

balance sheet reconciliation normal only do for asset and liability account. I think in most company you should do by yourself. It just reconcile book figure and actual figure, and indicate the difference.

Different auditors have diff audit methods. Some are Balance Sheet auditors while some are P&L ones.

The priciple is that if you reconcile your balance sheet, the P&L will be fine. Balance sheet rec is to rec back your BS accounts to the source docs. Bank rec is differ to BS rec, however it can be classified as part of BS rec.
