AAW  is a leading electronica security equipment and solution supplier in Australia. Our desire is to understand our client's requirements, develop the right security solution/system and focus on achieving positive and sustainable business outcomes.
We are currently seeking a Sales & Administration Assistant to join the team.  In this role, your key responsibilities will be to support the Founder and Managing Director with the sales and administration activities that are pivotal to his role and to the operation of the business.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
•        Providing efficient and confidential secretarial support and administrative support to the Managing Director.
•        Drafting quotes, proposals, project scopes and contracts under the guidance of the Managing Director.
•        Recording, transcribing and distributing minutes and agendas of all relevant meetings.
•        Arranging and coordinating meetings, seminars and other corporate events.
•        Conducting effective research that assist the Managing Director set sales appointments.
•        Assisting the Managing Director with setting and tracking sales appointments through accurate and prompt communication.
•        Maintaining and updating the company CRM system for new leads, contacts, deals and tasks.
•        Answering phone calls and directing queries to the Managing Director.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
•        Understanding of and experience with sales processes.
•        Understanding of and experience with sales forecasting.
•        Strong and accurate attention to detail.
•        Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
•        Ability to prioritize and anticipate needs.
•        Demonstrated ability to take the initiative and be flexible to move with the changing demands of the business.
•        Intermediate to Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
•        Experience in digital marketing and/or website development would be advantageous.
•        Experience in a PA or Sales Support role would be advantageous.

AAW's head office is currently located in Cheltenham.
This position is a casual role but may be changed to a permanent full time role if possible.  The award rate of pay will be paid for this role.
