Customer Service Officer（part-time）

We are currently seeking an Customer Service Officer ideally with Solar experience on an part-time basis with prospects to convert to full-time based in North Sydney.

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

Providing after sales service support through telephone and email

Managing logistics, warehouse and inventory control

Providing feedbacks to product managers

Liaising with electrical contractors to organise on-site service


Skills and experiences required:

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent telephone customer service skills

Ability to multi-task with excellent follow up skills and attention to detail.

Responsible for the work and your customer


Skills and experiences preferred:

Experience within customer service from a Solar/Photovoltaics background

Background in electrical & electronics


This is a part-time position between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday (3 days a week).
