JOB DUTIES:
Reporting direct to the Mortgage Broker and Company Principal
Communication with clients in relation to preparing and submitting lending applications
Communicating with Lenders in relation to lending applications
Pro active outbound calls where required to assist in business generation
Processing & submission of applications
Follow up documents and requirements from banks and clients including bank valuations
Liaise with, agents accountants, solicitors and conveyancers
Maintain a high level of customer service to key stakeholders and clients alike
Provide a high quality of administrative support with attention to detail
Assist with identification and implementation of office process improvements
General office support to broker and financial planner
Supporting other team members and to promote a positive team environment
Assist with marketing and accompany Broker on business development meeting
