今天请教一个搭车的法律问题

我偶尔在网上看到有这样的信息，某某人出于好心让朋友、邻居、亲戚免费搭便车，结果出了严重车祸，伤及了朋友、邻居、亲戚，结果朋友、邻居、亲戚居然将开车的人告上法庭，而法庭判决司机巨额赔偿。

坛子里有没有法律界的朋友，指点一下迷津。

中国大陆经常有这样的消息，上网一查便知。但不知澳洲法律如何，是不是也这样判决？

CTP应该是不是cover第三方而不是本车上的人？

我知道会有人提出CTP的问题，你说得对，CTP只对对方车上的人负责。

这段话红字的意思是，额外司机保险，换句话说，哪怕是肇事司机本人也可以Cover，但不知是包括在CTP里，还是多付钱增加这一条款。

我没有把话说清楚，我的原意是，除了自己车内的人之外，CTP Cover所有受伤的人，包括对方车内和车外的人。

以上这一点还是有将肇事司机排除在外的嫌疑。

只是这一条款才包括肇事司机在内：

不好意思，我是在维洲的，CTP包括在rego里面，没有可能额外加钱买额外司机保险的选项。新洲的CTP是自己单 ...

昆州的CTP也是包括在rego里，但允许选择四五家中的一家，以前在价格上有几块钱的差别，今年好像串通起来，价格完全一样。

是啊，我一直以为CTP只负责对方车内和车外人的保险，而不包括自己车内人的保险，现在明白了。
