A newly created position has been created to meet the demands of this growing small business in our liverpool CBD office.
The key to success in this role is proven experience and knowledge of home credit policy and loan application process and a solid understanding of the mortgage industry. Prior experience within a credit environment will be highly regarded.
Mandatory skills:
•Previous experience processing mortgage loans using online systems such as ApplyonLine at NABbroker, St George Bank, ANZ, CBA or other lender processing centre
•Experience assessing a mortgage loan for serviceability and supporting document requirements
•Customer service skills managing a relationship with broker
•Self management skills
Due to the nature of the work the candidate should demonstrate excellent data entry skills, time management, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, have the ability to work autonomously & unsupervised. Customer service is a strong focus.
The successful candidate will be responsible for file management from the application stage until the settlement, including checking and verifying all executed documents to ensure details are correct.
