法律文件，Signature签字栏，里边第一项是名字拼写，下来一项是 Capacity, 最后一项是签名，Capacity不知指什么

In case of signature by proxy. For example I sign your name as POA(power of attorney) then capacity would be poa.

It usually refers to forms which relate to a minor and the signatory's 'capacity' would be, say, Parent, Guardian or Trustee.
In other cases it might need the signatory to confirm 'Relative' or perhaps his/her Professional standing such as Doctor, Solicitor, Accountant.
