We refer to our letter dated 17 September 2014 containing a certificate signed by the Project Manager extending the Sunset Date to 30 June 2017.
The vendor has obtained project funding from its construction financier and construction has commenced with a projected completion date of mid 2016. The Sunset Date under the majority of sale contracts for V, Parramatta is 30 March 2018. The construction financier has therefore asked our client to seek a further extension of the Sunset Date in your clients’ sale contract to 30 March 2018 so that the sunset dates across the project are aligned.
To satisfy this request, it is necessary for our clients to vary the contract for sale relating to your client’s purchase of the above property (Contract) by amending the date in Item 3 - Sunset Date to 31 March 2018. To that end, we enclose a deed of variation of the Sunset Date. We ask that you arrange for your client to kindly sign this document and return it to us by 5.00pm on 26 September 2014.

Operative provisions
1. Extension of Sunset Date
1.1 The Landowner, Vendor and Purchaser agree that the Sunset Date in Item 3 of the Contract is varied to read 31 March 2018.
中介解释原因:1 如果sunset date之前没有建好 客人和开发商有权利反悔 银行怕到时候收不到钱
2 延迟的原因是v挖的时候发现以前的一些历史遗址(这倒是真的)建筑细节需要更改
中介坚称房子预计在2015年底至16年初能竣工,现在已经修到了groudfloor了。
想知道如果我不签这份补充合同有什么损失,签了对我有什么好处意义?!已经在去年初没身份时签的合同 连印花税都交好了的 现在这个是补充条款 难道是我不签这个补充条款 我前面签的合同就不生效了
