请问现在入澳籍是不是理论上4年呆满3年？

另外请问移民局网站上标明入籍包括以留学生身份先呆满3年+一年PR身份即可，那么如果我直接以PR身份是不是也要4年呆满3年而无其他政策呢？

另外我还有个问题。

我刚刚175全家移民，我是主申请。但是我国内的工作实在太忙脱不开，我想让我父母（也就是孩子的爷爷奶奶）带我的小孩在澳洲坐移民监，我在国内工作供养他们，请问这种方法可行吗？我的父母能拿何种签证呢？

2010年7月以后申请入籍的需要累计住满4年。
父母可以申请长期探亲签证帮你带孩子，任何人都无法代替你蹲移民监，包括你的家庭成员，各自计算各自的时间。

万分感谢楼上兄弟解答！还是这个关于4年时间的问题。我仔细浏览移民局网站，依照移民局网站（如下），我认为入籍时间限制严格上讲应该是4年呆满3年即可，4年内离开时间总数不能超过1年，最后一年不能少于9个月。对吧，还是万分感谢！

You must:

have been living in Australia on a valid Australian visa for four years immediately before applying which must include the last 12 months as a permanent resident, and

not have been absent from Australia for more than one year in total, in the 4 year period, including no more than 90 days in the year before applying.
