With the rapid growth of businesses, we are seeking to hire a Chinese-speaking Migration Agent to work at our Sydney office.
Why do we need you?
For this role, your job scope will generally include:
1. Providing consultancy to the company’s clients seeking forimmigration to Australia
2. Discussing options and presenting a best alternative for clients to obtain suitable visas
3. Acting as the clients’ representative during the visa lodging and processing stage
4. Ensuring that clients are clear in regards to the conditions attached to a particular visa
5. Assisting clients in the filling up of visa application forms, supporting documents, police clearance requests etc
6. Managing the case for clients before a review board.
7. Liaising directly with Legal Professionals in relation to judicial review matters.
8. Providing advice for cases where visa applications have been rejected
9. Responding to all client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
What are we looking for?
The successful candidate should possess:
1. A current legal practicing migration agent certificate in NSW (MARN)
2. At least three years of relevant experience in the migration field
3. A current Australian citizenship or PR
4. Extensive knowledge on Australia’s migration legislation and policy
5. Relevant qualification of a Bachelor Degree and above
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
