非常适合刚刚到澳洲的朋友，以及现在房租到期但尚未找到满意房子的朋友短期居住。可以只租其中一个房间，140/周，包所有帐单（电话费除外）。如果租整套unit，260/周，包所有帐单（电话费除外）。如果是初到Adelaide的朋友，可以免费接机。

Very nice unit with two big bedrooms and private back yard. Fully furnished, i.e. two double beds, two study desks, bookshelves, clothing cabinets and etc. You can have everything you need for cooking. What is more important is that you can enjoy high speed internet and free statellite TV with more than 30 channels.

Very good location:1 min walking to bus stop; close to city;opposite to a nice park; close to Coles, Woolworth, Target, Post office, different restaurants and ect. Apart from this, only four units together. So it is very quiet. And this unit locates on a very quiet and safe street.
