我需要借30万，用low-doc,interest only,homeplus这个产品可以拿到的利率是8。69%，包含折扣。具体内容如下：

Homeside HomePlus compelling 'pro-pack' solution for loans of $250k or more
All new approved Homeside home loan customers are qualified for the option of a NAB credit card (subject to eligibility criteria)
Annual card fee waived for the life of the HomePlus loan
0% p.a. on balance transfers for up to 6 months (on request)
For new HomePlus lending, the HomePlus aggregated discount policy is applied to the variable loan(s) where the aggregated HomePlus lending is for $250k or more
Loan service fee charged monthly ($10 per month)
No base application fee on loans of $300k or more (NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, ACT) and loans of $200k or more (SA, NT, TAS)
Low Doc facility available at standard rates (Low Doc application fee applies)
Can be linked to a 100% mortgage offset account
'Interest Only' available for the first 5 years, or as 'principal and interest' from drawdown Conditions apply. Talk to your Ability Finance brokers to find out more.

p.s：Homeside current offers Wednesday 2nd April 2008 Homeside Lending, a division of National Australia Bank NAB, are amoungst the Ability Finance brokers panel of lenders

Hi Bob, sorry i cannot type chinese on my keyboard.  But I would like to ask you something completely not relevant to your posting.  I just did not know who to ask.  I was a member of au-steps.com. Since last Friday, I cannot access the website.  I found www.oursteps.com.au by surfing around and could see that a lot of my previous friends are there.  Somehow, my userid 'baby99' has not been moved over.  Did you know if www.au-steps.com has moved or being merged into www.oursteps.com.au? Interesting that a lot of the members I have seen in the former is now in the later and they have been posting and replying as if nothing has happened.  I did not received any warning or messages about the transition.  Hope you could throw some light into this curious situation for me.  Many thanks in advance.  Sincerely, former 'baby99'

Looks okay. But be careful that all these low-doc loans may increase their rates unexpectedly. Probably a good idea to fix it or at least a portion of it.
