Room for rent in a fully furnished house in Reservoir. The house is only 10 minutes walk to Ruthven Train Station, 20 minutes walk to Reservoir Train Station (Zone 1) and 15 minutes walk to Broadway shopping strip which is located across Reservoir Station. There is a bus route from Broadway which connect to Plenty Road where you can catch a tram to the city or La Trobe University (8 minutes drive) and RMIT University (11 minutes drive) Bundoora campus.
The house includes fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle, kitchen utensil etc. All bills - gas, electricity, water and fast wireless BigPond cable internet connection are included. Internet quota is 200 GB per month.
Room contain a single bed, wardrobe, desk and a chair. Room is fitted with a lock and key for privacy. Room cater for a single person only, sorry no twin share.
Rent: $135 per week => $580 per month, Bond: $580
