I cannot request the administrator to install the software which supporting Chinese character for me. What can I do? I heard I can run "Nan-Ji-Xing" to solve the problem? Is that true? Who can send me the "Nan-Ji-Xing" or where to download?
The picture is what I see in English operation system.

I can only see this under control pannel as I have to log in into our company's intranet first.

just go to google and search for NJ Star, download the software then you can use chinese

I got it, thank you!

But... I have to frequently COPY from AUSTEPS, and PASTE to NJ star. Anyway it's useful, the dictionary function is good too.

The dictionary function is for C to E. Put your cursor beside the Chinese charater for one second, the English translation will pop up.
I cannot find E to C function.
