Labelled Australian Visa

因为要去法属New Caledonia，所以要申请法国签证，但其中有一项让我很为难。我父母的600签证是电子签，但是申请材料需要labelled visa，这个应该去哪里办理呢？

Your Australian visa (if non Australian)
If you are not an Australian permanent resident, or if your permanent residency is submitted to a renewal date, your residency permit in Australia must be valid for at least 3 months upon your return to Australia. If you do not return to Australia after your trip, you will need to provide a confirmed ticket to your next country of residence or to the country of your nationality.

Please also note that your Australian residency must be labeled and endorsed on your current passport or on your previous cancelled passport (an official letter issued by the Australian immigration regarding your residency status will not be sufficient). The Consulate-General of France in Sydney does not accept Australian residencies issued or endorsed on a separate sheet, or booklet.

去你当地的移民局就可以办理，只是要填表交钱而已，70刀吧。

What if I still need a visa label?
You can still get a visa label in your passport if you have an Australian visa.

Use Form 1405 Visa label request and payment (85 kB PDF).

Lodge the completed form at an Australian immigration office in Australia or if outside Australia an Australian diplomatic, consular or migration office.

If you post your application form, you need to:

keep a copy of your passport details page for your records
include the passport that you want labelled
include a self-addressed, pre-paid, registered envelope
have correctly completed Form 1405 Visa label request and payment (85 kB PDF).
If you are not the visa holder, or a parent or guardian of the visa holder, you will need written authorisation from the visa holder to ask for a visa label for their passport.
