想请教大家关于publc holiday 及 annual holiday pay

Hi every one,

I just got new job, do you guys know about public holiday and annual holiday pay?

so the employer should pay us on public holiday (even we didn't work) according to the law.
because I m just wondering , they did pay me on 1st Jan, so it make me confused, pay or no pay?

and for a new stuff just start within 1 year, how many days can he get for holiday in the first year?

I am waiting for a kind answer, Ta!

public holiday = full pay
Annual leave pay depends on the firm you are working for. Some places give annual leave loading of 12.5%.

如果你的合同是从1月2日开始的，1月1日当然不给你发工资了
