申请第2个5年 visa 要满足条件3 个条件之一：
Eligibility Requirement Criteria
1.Residence requirement You must have spent two (2) of the last five (5) years in Australia as a permanent resident.
2.Substantial ties and compelling reasons for absence You can provide evidence of substantial business, cultural, employment or personal ties of benefit to Australia,
and If you have been absent for more than five (5) years, you are able to provide evidence of compelling reasons for your absence.
3. Member of a family unit You are the immediate family member of a Resident Return Visa holder

请问3 是不是说只要是PR visa 持有人的家庭成员就可以了， 这个immediate family member 是指啥呢？
