Please find here a list of the items that need to be completed for the Completion Bond appointment:
新房，我有一万保证金在卖地给我的公司那里，今天来检查以下项目，我很不理解为什么没空调和compost bin他们就不退保证金！这是哪里的规矩？求大家帮忙想办法！谢谢
-      The home must be completed in accordance to Design Approved plans and conditions.

-      Garage Door Profile – straight lines, no square or rectangular designs.

-      Driveway complete (Exposed Aggregate finish or Plain Charcoal Coloured Concrete only)

-      Letterbox completed and installed.

-      All fencing complete – capped paling fence style, to the sides and rear of the home.

-      Side gate complete – side gate to screen off hot water unit from the street (painted capped paling fence style or stained timber slat style)

-      All outside lights need to be installed and attached to motion sensors – capped light points will not be accepted as complete.

-      Rain Water Tank connected to all Toilets.

-      Solar Hot Water System installed.

-      Clothesline location indicated.

-      Compost bin.

-      Grey water connection to Ensuite shower plumbing – provision for future grey water tank connection by you.

-      Low Energy or LED lighting throughout the home.

-      Energy Monitoring Device.

-      Cooling/Air conditioning installed to the home.

-      Corner Fence (applicable to corner blocks):

·      Design?

·      Painted? (If timber)

-      2-Storey Homes – must have Eaves to ALL elevations of first floor roof.
