RT. 求一个Red Energy的ref no.，互惠互利～

顺便问下：single rate,  two rate, 和Time of use这个是怎么选择的？选哪个比较好呢？（确认不能自己选了～）

在iSelect上比较过，Red Energy是目前最便宜的Electricity和Gas的公司之一。

Red Energy在VIC是10% OFF Whole Bill。

打电话给Red的时候，用ref no.可以拿到50刀的Gift Card。

Call RedEnergy on 131 806. Your friend needs to quote the name and customer number for your Red Energy account when they switch to Red.

亲，我也不懂，好像那个价格是给你参考的，是Market rate。只要在他家搞定12% off total bill，就可以了。

commonly used terms for electricity prices

Some of the terms used by electricity providers can be confusing, here is an easy guide to commonly used terms:

c/Kwh: Cost per kilowatt-hour
Single Rate: A single rate for 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Time of Use Rate: A number of rates provided for three different times of the day
Peak: A higher rate is charged, between 2pm and 8pm on weekdays.
Off peak and: a low rate is charged between 10pm and 7am on weekdays and weekends.
Shoulder times: a moderate rate is charged between 7am and 2pm weekdays, and 7am to 10pm on weekends.
Two Rate: In addition, to a peak rate, a second reduced rate is included to power hot water services and specified heating devices during off peak periods.
Controlled Load Rate: A reduced rate is offered to power hot water services and specified heating devices during off peak periods The rate at which you are charged for your electricity, ie Single Rate, Time of Use Rate, is determined by your type of meter. If you don?t know what type of meter you have, contact your current provider for more information.

应该按照你的使用pattern选择吧， 我也没选过这些

lz , 我看了一下 你那个东西是meter type, 应该是按照你住的地方的电表来走的， 你自己应该选不了
VICTORIA ELECTRICITY RATES – METER TYPES
Single Rate - Measures against all electricity consumption, does not distinguish between peak or off-peak
Two-Rate - Electricity consumption is distinguished between peak or off-peak (e.g. electricity hot water and/or slab heating)
Time of Use - Electricity consumption is distinguished by time of use i.e. night/weekends (off-peak) or other times (peak)
Time of Use 7 (business only) - Same as Time of Use but peak and off-peak times are only distinguished between day (peak) or night (off-peak)

维州有Gas和电。 新洲只有电。 还不错，又送Gift Card又送credit的。 现在的credit不太好拿了，都得negotiate

已经短你我的 ref no了， 要quote ref no 才有更高的折扣和gift card
