Who is oliver Brown?
Oliver Brown is a chocolate café who envision themselves “to become the benchmark in modern cafes”.
Oliver Brown not only prides itself on their beans and chocolate but aim to deliver an ambience within our stores like no other.

What is the role?
oliver Brown Merrylands is opening soon and is looking for well presented, highly motivated and customer focused Great Service Attendants. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with us. You will be required to be across front of house operational standards to provide Great Service. Training and resources will also be provided.

What skills, knowledge and attitude do I need?
You will be a positive, proactive individual with outstanding communication skills. You will have hospitality experience in a similar role and maintain a professional attitude at all times. You will be a team player with a strong focus on providing great customer service. Barista knowledge will be an advantage!

We will be hiring your personality and attitude first and your skills second. You will be a self-starter who is able to maintain constant attention to detail to ensure ''oliver Brown' remains the answer to the question...
