Our firm practices predominantly in residential property transactions with a focus on investment acquisitions.
The successful candidate will demonstrate diligence and a strong work ethic, with the ability to cope well under pressure with minimal supervision.
You must possess a friendly and professional disposition and display sound time management skills and an ability to prioritise work loads.
You will manage files autonomously from instruction to settlement and your attention to detail must be without question.
You must also demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with both clients and fellow collegues.
You will report directly to the Principal of the practice and work closely with other practitioners and staff within the firm.
Experience with Leap conveyancing software is preferred but not essential. However you must be fully conversant with the use of all Microsoft Office software and have excellent typing skills.
Previous conveyancing experience compulsory.
Chinese (Mandarin) communication skills essential.
Salary commensurate on experience.
