急~~~分分请教， 956表上的 TRN RID 是什么东东？

去年6月份给父母申请的143，感觉快该排到了， 今天打算填个956表递上去， 这样的话就可以代替父母和移民局联系了。

填表的时候14题的下面有一条
DIAC client ID number (if known)

17 题又说
provide at least one of the following numbers(in known)
DIAC request ID number (RID)
DIAC transaction reference number(TRN)

请问， 这里的RID号和TRN号是什么啊？ 在那里找啊？
之前交了申请之后只收到过一封信， 里面只找到了file number 和 receipt number

Complete applications

If complete, your application will be assessed by a case officer, subject to priority processing directions, and you will be advised of any final steps that may need to be completed prior to consideration of the visa.

Incomplete applications

If incomplete, an initial assessment of your application will be made by a case officer, subject to priority processing directions. You will receive an acknowledgement letter that includes the following information:
•file number
•date of application
•client and/or permission request ID
•Transaction Reference Number (TRN) – for online applications only
•grant of a Bridging A (subclass 010) visa – only for applicants who have applied for a General Skilled Migration visa that can be granted while they are in Australia
•name and contact details for your case officer, subject to priority processing directions
•any outstanding documentation you must provide.

Important: Processing of your application will not continue until all outstanding documentation has been received.

那用不用在其他空白地方写上 File Number 或 Application ID？
就怕写上画蛇添足
