请问有做 gas safety check 跟 electrical safety check 的吗？

Consumer Affairs Victoria 要求 rooming house 要做 gas safety check 跟 electrical safety check。
不知道哪位能帮忙做下？价格多少？

具体要求是

•        A gas safety check of all gas installations and fittings must be conducted by a licensed gasfitter at least once every two years (Regulation 19), and a record of the last gas safety check must be kept (Regulation 23).

•        An electrical safety check of all electrical installations and fittings from a licensed electrician must be conducted at least once every five years (Regulations 16 and 20), and a record of the last electrical safety check must be kept (Regulation 24).  An electrical safety check should include confirmation that the:
o        Circuit breaker complies with AS/NZS 3000 Electrical installations; and
o        Residual current device complies with any one of:
        AS/NZS 3190 Approval and test specification — Residual current devices (current-operated earth-leakage devices), or
        AS/NZS 61008.1 Residual current operated circuit-breakers without integral over current protection for household and similar uses (RCCBs): Part 1: General rules, or
        AS/NZS 61009.1 Residual current operated circuit-breakers with integral over current protection for household and similar uses (RCBOs) Part 1: General rules.
