If You are The Clinic Assistant /Receptioinist We Are Looking For at the Almond Chinese Medicine Centre Coburg /Ringwood

1. Familiar with Chinese medicine and Acupuncture;
2. Speak Fluent English;
3. Must Have Customer service experience and have good communication skills;
4. Good time management skills and able to handle work stress;
5. Willing to learn;
5. Punctual
6. Honest and reliable

You may be required to
1. Do “Front of House” / reception duties: answering inquiring (English only), make booking, etc.
2. Assist with dispensing herbs Cupping, taking needles out
3. Other clinic associated office work;
4. Available 3 full days per week (must be available on Saturdays) plus a few other days. Possible full time.

You will be paid from $15+ per hour when you are able to work independently.
