Our customer [your full name] would like to install Laminate flooring to their apartment. These are the procedures of how it will be installed as following.
1: Remove the current carpet, and clean the subfloor to make it suitable for flooring installation. Underlay will be install first before the flooring.
2: Laminate Flooring Installation (12mm thick). All the floor will be floating on top of underlay, and jointed by click-lock system(no glue, no nail), There will be no penetration to be existing concrete slab
The work will start as soon as we received permission from you. During the period of 1 day we will make sure the followings apply.
A: Each day we will clean the area and make sure the common areas will be kept clean
B: The works will only be carried out during the permitted times. There will be no building work on Sundays
C: All neighbors will be notified before the building works start. All demolition works will be strictly between 8:30am-4:30pm
D: We will arrange the lift before any materials arrival with the building manager in order to have the lift covered.
