Step 1: Set Up a PayPal Business Account and Verify it.

1. Click "Sign Up Now" button

2. Click "Get Started" button which in "Business" account column

3. Fill in your business detail, after fill business or residential address, please click "Match my address" button.

4. Create Business Account

5. Your PayPal business account has been set up now. Please check your email to confirm your email address which on PayPal account.

Step 2: Set Up API Access

Log in to your PayPal account and click Profile in the sub-tabs
In the My selling tools area, click Update next to API access.

3. Click "Request API credentials" Button if you need create your own API username and password.

4. Choose "Request API signature", then click "Agree and Submit" button

5. Here you will see your API username and password, also signature. Put all these informaiton into your shopping cart payment setting panel, then you will successfully connect your paypal account with your shopping cart.
