143 Assurance of Support (AOS) bond threshold

I am preparing documents for my Mum’s 143 visa.


I have a question about Assurance of Support (AOS) bond threshold.
Central link requires evidence of previous and current financial year income for approve Assurance of Support (AOS).

But I only worked as casual for a few months in previous financial year.  My last annual income less than $ 6000, so I claimed all my tax back. In this year, I have been work as full time since last September, and annual salary more than $ 40k.

“An assurer must have a taxable income above the threshold amount for the last two financial years (usually around AU$40,000.00) and be able to provide evidence of this “

I found the statement online, but it doesn’t say $40000 for each year or total.

In this case, can I be the assurer of my Mum?

虽然要求的是税前工资，但是需要你以完税单的形式提供，所以看的是一个财政年内的收入情况。

如果自己的收入不够担保，可以找其他人来做收入担保。

按你目前的情况，如果你妈妈已经排队快到了的话，你无法自己单独担保。

如果你刚开始准备你妈妈的143的话，你需要的是一年后通知补充材料办AOS时工资满足要求：
1、今年的taxable income超过了AOS Threshold，拿到了NOA，
2、明年143通知你补充材料的时候你有稳定的收入，预计税前收入也超过了AOS Threshold。
这样，提供FY2013的退税单，到时候的最近两次工资单，就有资格担保了。

如果不满足要求的话，可以请别人担保，或者和其他人共同担保。

I applied one year ago, already received immigration officer’s letter.

I think I need ask my friend to be the assurer.

请问你是去年什么时候申请的啊？
如果只申请你妈妈一个人，又没有小孩的话，只需要2万多

not for 2 years NOA, only require the last year or the year before last year NOA if tax return of current year is not done. plus 2 payslips.

I applied on 28/01/2012, only for my Mum, no kids.

But my previous year's income was less than $ 20k.
