请问有没有做过关于Sciatica 或者piriformis syndrome 手术的朋友？求推荐个手术外科医生。GP和专科医生都有推荐，也见过了。但是我还是想再比较下。谢谢

I've been to the physiotherapy in the pasth 6 months without any improvement. I also had twic piriformis injection guided under CT or outrasound, and the injection only worked for me less than 12 hours, Surgery is my last resort now. It seems not many surgeons have experience with such operation, that's what I'm concerned much. I am trying to find out a best surgeon in this area. I appreciate if anyone knows can share the information with me. I'm in Sydney btw. Thanks

Where are you having the operation on?
If the problem originates from the lumbar spine I'm sure there are a lot of good spinal surgeons.
