最近收到一封CPA的来信，邀请参加AIESEC Student Leadership & Development Convention
信上说AIESEC is the largest youth organisation in the world, spanning more than 1,100 Universities in over 100 nations. They aim to develop young people with the capacity and desire to effect a positive change in society to help them gain the understanding, network, and ability to effect that change.
In 2007, AIESEC will hold a Leadership & Development Convention from the 6th to the 8th of July at the University of Melbourne. This will involve four events: the Youth Impact Seminar (YIS), Partner's Fair, AIESEC and Procter & Gamble Developing Leader's Day (DLD) and Global Village.
想请问，这个大会都做些什么？然后像我这样的参加有什么用吗？我现在待业中。
