I have a spacious room available for rent in a house which is close to Macquarie business park and Macquarie Park train station. It has a double bed, wardrobe, book shelf, big desk and office chair. Environment is friendly and clean.

Rent is $160 per week and it includes all bills, including unlimited Internet access.

Walk to Macquarie Park train station and North Ryde business park, walk to North Ryde community center and supermarket, and short bus trip to Macquarie Center and Top Ryde Shopping Center.
