Hello.
I have 2 spare rooms for rent in a recently built 4 bedroom house. Each room is furnished with a single bed and desk if required. I also have 2 double beds to furnish if you prefer.
I am a responsible female in her early 30's. I work full time, and I like to keep a clean and tidy house. No messy noisy people please!
The house is newly built and fully furnished. Some features include; wifi access, ducted heating, washing machine, modern kitchen and LCD TV.
The house is situated aprox 10-15 mins walk to Point Cook Town Centre in a quiet street.

现在只有我一个人，我工作全职，过几天我妈妈从中国来，
希望寻找2位全职工作，或者学生，干净，安静，简单的朋友入住。不会住太多人，欢迎常住人士。
房子在静街，离towncentre步行10-15分钟，10分步行到公交车站。
20分钟开车到city.
